Shipping & Returns

Order Confirmations:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 

Order Shipments:

When you place your order, we begin making your items as quickly as possible. Each piece of jewelry requires some time for the construction and curing before we can ship. Most orders ship within 1 or 2 days. However, in peak seasons, shipment can take up to 5 business days.

When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different designers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.

Order Fulfillment:

We ship daily from Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks a year except for Sundays and holidays. Orders placed by 10.00 PM CST or 04.00 AM CET Sunday-Friday will be made the next day.

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within two business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  

Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or next open business day. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at Info@PeakInstinctShop.com

 

Return Policy

No-Hassle Returns

  • The return must be received to Peak Instinct within 21 days of purchase.  
  • The returned item must be unworn and in new condition. 
  • All returns are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee per package.
    • ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL

    Defective Merchandise

    Contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of receipt of any item you believe to be defective. Peak Instinct will provide instructions for returning the item for inspection. If the product is declared defective, you will have the option to receive a replacement or obtain a full refund of the purchase price including shipping. If a replacement item is desired, Peak Instinct will ship the new items upon receipt of defective merchandise. Products not found to be defective will be treated as a normal return.

     

    Return Material Authorizations (RMAs)

    Prior to returning a "Return Material Authorization Number" must be obtained from Peak Instinct - credit may not be issued for returns sent without an RMA number. All defective or returned goods must be returned freight prepaid to the address provided by Peak Instinct. Credit will be applied within 5 days of receipt and inspection by IGC.

     

    Cancellations and Refunds:

    All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
